Everything I read about Windows 8 further commits me to sticking with Windows 7. Now they’re dropping Aero.
So in the non-phone/tablet looking interface… no Start button and plain vanilla looking Windows. From the screenshot above 8 is starting to look like a throwback to Windows 3.1. Clearly they want people to drop the regular desktop, even if a tablet/phone interface isn’t very useful on a desktop or laptop. What brain damaged dolt at Microsoft thought any of this was a good idea?
